Each service is defined around the requirements of the individual material, formulation and container system, and is confirmed during technical assessment before a project is accepted.
Freeze-Drying and Lyophilization
Controlled freeze-drying to remove water from sensitive materials under reduced pressure and defined temperature conditions. Cycles are developed per project based on the material and formulation, rather than applied as a single universal recipe.
Precision Liquid Filling
Accurate filling of liquid material into compatible containers according to agreed volumes and tolerances, performed under controlled, documented conditions.
Controlled Material Processing
Material-specific preparation and handling steps carried out according to defined processing instructions and customer specifications.
Container Completion
Closure, sealing and container-handling operations to bring filled and dried units to a defined physical state ready for packaging.

Freeze-drying does not automatically make a formulation stable. Suitability, stability and shelf life depend on the specific material and formulation, and are assessed on a project basis. No stability outcome is implied or guaranteed by the processing service alone.
