1. Controller

Munte Personal Services, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 85951609, VAT identification number NL004168869B46, trading as "Inovix Biosciences", is the controller for the personal data described in this statement.

Questions about this statement or about the data we hold can be sent to info@inovix.nl.

2. Who this statement applies to

This website is aimed exclusively at professional business customers. We process business contact details of individuals acting on behalf of a company, laboratory, institution or other organisation. We do not knowingly process data of consumers, patients or private individuals.

3. Data we collect

Through the project assessment form we collect the information you enter: company name, contact person, business email, telephone number, country, company website, VAT number where provided, and the technical details of your enquiry such as material category, application, quantities, fill volume, concentration, container and closure preferences, required completion date, documentation requirements, storage requirements, formulation details, known hazards and any additional project information.

If you contact us by email instead, we process the content of that correspondence and the contact details it contains.

Our hosting provider processes standard technical request data, such as IP address, user agent and requested URL, for the purpose of delivering and securing the website. We do not use advertising trackers, analytics profiling cookies or cross-site tracking on this website.

4. Purposes and legal basis

We use the information to review and answer project enquiries, to assess technical and regulatory feasibility, to carry out business verification and due diligence as described in our B2B Terms of Supply, to prepare quotations, and to communicate about potential or agreed projects.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps taken at your request prior to entering into an agreement, and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in assessing, documenting and conducting business enquiries responsibly. Where we are required to verify end use or retain records, the basis is Article 6(1)(c) GDPR, compliance with a legal obligation.

We do not use submitted information for consumer marketing and we do not sell personal data.

5. Recipients and processors

We use a small number of service providers who process data on our instructions under a data processing agreement: a hosting and content delivery provider for the operation of this website, and an email delivery provider for the transmission and receipt of assessment submissions and correspondence.

These providers may process data on servers inside and outside the European Economic Area. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, the transfer is covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or another valid transfer mechanism.

We do not otherwise share personal data with third parties, except where disclosure is required by law, by a competent authority, or is necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

6. Retention

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are retained for up to 24 months, so that we can recognise repeat enquiries and demonstrate how an end-use assessment was handled.

Where an enquiry leads to a quotation or a project, the related records are retained for the duration of the business relationship and afterwards for as long as required by law, including the statutory Dutch retention period of seven years for administrative records, and for as long as needed for traceability and legal defence.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and you may object to processing based on our legitimate interest.

Requests can be sent to info@inovix.nl. We may ask for information to verify your identity and we will respond within one month.

If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.

8. Security

This website is served over TLS and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. Access to enquiry data is limited to the personnel who need it to assess and handle the project. Project information is treated as confidential in accordance with our B2B Terms of Supply.

9. Changes

We may update this statement to reflect changes in our services, providers or legal obligations. The version published on this page is the version that applies. The date of the current version is shown at the top of this page.
